Protect your time by following the session rules
Test day rewards careful preparation and simple actions. Keep the provider’s instructions visible before check-in, then follow each requirement exactly once the session starts.
Before you launch
Enter the room early enough to complete the required checks without rushing. Keep identification ready, silence personal devices, remove prohibited materials, and confirm that your camera, microphone, lighting, and connection match the approved setup.
During the exam
Stay within the permitted camera view and use only approved materials. Do not read from notes, open other applications, communicate with another person, or use a phone unless the provider explicitly permits the action.
When something goes wrong
If the screen freezes, audio fails, or the connection drops, use the provider’s stated support method and follow its recovery instructions. Record the time and issue when possible, avoid repeated unapproved actions, and complete submission only through the official process.
Clear answers before the next step
Can I take a break during a proctored exam?
Only if the exam provider allows breaks and explains how to request or record them. Leaving the camera view without permission may violate the session rules.
